Sayward Home holding a private week of felt moments and things on the user's mind

The invisible load

A relationship sits alongside work, care, logistics, affection, stress, and unfinished decisions.

01The school form no one has claimed. The conversation you keep rehearsing.
02The moment you felt unseen. The small thing that made you feel chosen.
03The logistics, resentment, affection, and unfinished decisions competing for the same attention.

Sayward gives each thing a private place so you can decide whether it belongs in the conversation.

The weekly rhythm

The week,
held in one place.

The app prepares the conversation. It does not become the conversation. When the note opens, Sayward gets quieter.

Put it down.

A task, a worry, or a conversation you need to have. Decide whether it stays yours or belongs in the meeting.

Notice the moment.

Mark what made you feel close or far while it is still true. No score, no streak, no judgment.

Seal what matters.

Before the meeting, choose what comes with you. Private notes remain private. The envelope is the boundary.

Open, then talk.

Start with an optional appreciation. Read the week. Talk through one thing at a time. Write down only what you decide.

Felt Moments

Notice what moved you.

A Felt Moment is a private journal entry about something that mattered to you. Keep it in your own words, ask AI for help clarifying or phrasing those words if you choose, and decide whether any final wording belongs in the meeting.

Felt closeWhat made connection easier, warmer, or more possible.
Felt farWhat added distance, friction, pressure, or another thing to carry.

AI does not determine what a moment means. If you ask for wording help, Sayward sends the journal entry and that drafting conversation to its AI provider. The result is only a draft for you to edit, replace, or reject. The entry and drafting exchange are not shown to a partner.

Closeness is personal

Closeness and desire can feel different to each person. No one owes a matching answer.

People can experience closeness differently, even in the same week. Sayward makes room for each person to name their own experience without turning that difference into a verdict.

Sayward does not ask either person to perform desire. Each person can record their own experience without turning intimacy into a task, a score, or a demand.

The envelope

Held apart.
Opened with care.

Nothing shared appears early. The envelope opens only at the boundary you chose: to yourself for a solo reflection, or together when both people arrive.

THE TABLEOne human thing at a time. Enough structure to begin; enough room to look up.

After the conversation

Keep the receipts.
Lose the clutter.

Agreements, with an owner

Write down the decision—not a transcript of the conversation—and name who has it.

Weeks you can return to

Optional appreciation notes, final Felt Moment wording, closeness answers, and agreements remain available in your completed-week record.

An optional private reflection

When you ask, AI can draft possible recurring themes from final Felt Moment wording you approved across separate weeks. These are suggestions, not findings, and stay private unless you edit wording into a topic.

Use it honestly

Together.
Or begin alone.

For two

Bring the week to one table.

Prepare separately. Open only what each person chose to bring. Talk through one thing at a time and record only decisions both people confirm.

For one

Hold your own week.

Use the complete reflection ritual on your own. Name what you are carrying. Invite a partner later only if and when you want to.

The trust contract

Your words are not raw material.

Private firstThings on your mind, Felt Moment events, and AI conversations begin visible only to you.
Shared by choiceIn paired use, a partner may see an appreciation and closeness answer you sealed, a topic you chose to bring, or final Felt Moment wording you approved for the meeting. Raw Felt Moment notes, AI drafting conversations, private patterns, and material you keep private are not shown to them.
No early revealFor couples, chosen material stays sealed until both people are present.
No analysis in the backgroundAI runs only after a named action. It can help phrase your words or draft an optional private reflection, but it does not diagnose, assess your relationship or mental health, infer what a partner feels, message a partner, or decide who is right.

Questions worth asking

Before you begin.

Can I use Sayward without a partner?

Yes. Solo is a complete way to use Sayward, not a waiting room. You can journal the week, notice Felt Moments, prepare a conversation, and request an optional private reflection. Invite someone later only if you want to.

Does my partner see what I write during the week?

No. A partner may see only an appreciation and closeness answer you sealed, a topic you chose to bring, or final Felt Moment wording you approved for the meeting. Those items remain hidden until both people arrive. Raw Felt Moment notes, AI drafting conversations, private patterns, and anything you keep private are not shown to them.

Is Sayward a sex or initiation app?

No. It does not schedule sex, score desire, or ask either person to perform intimacy. It gives each person a private place to note closeness, mental load, affection, and hard things—then choose what, if anything, belongs in the meeting.

What does AI do?

Only when you press a named action, AI can help phrase a journal entry, suggest topic angles, or draft an optional private reflection from material you deliberately supplied. A paired reflection uses only both first names, sealed closeness choices, selected mental-load labels, shared final Felt Moment wording, and whether meal or schedule answers differed—and only after both people opt in. It excludes raw or private entries, drafting chats, written Prep answers, and earlier relationship chapters. AI output can be wrong; it never diagnoses, assesses the relationship, infers a partner’s state, messages your partner, or decides who is right.

Is this couples therapy?

No. Sayward is a private journaling and conversation-preparation tool, not diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, crisis support, or a substitute for a licensed professional.
